On the historic campus of the Academy of the Sacred Heart, we oversaw the approvals of 17 custom single-family homes, on land sold by the school, and a new tennis complex integrating the project seamlessly with the surrounding community. Our scope included site planning, infrastructure development, and the construction of a new retention pond and tennis courts to enhance the school’s facilities. Balancing residential development with institutional needs, we coordinated closely with the school and local authorities to preserve the property’s character while creating long-term value for both the Academy and the new homeowners.
